Parade of Avatars

Can't see the slide show? Check out the Avatars on Flickr. Click the audio icon in the lower left of the slide show to turn off on the sound.

Want to join the parade of Avatars? Put your's in the iHCPL Avatars folder on the S drive by Friday, November 9. If you aren't able to access the S drive, email Grace (grace AT hcpl.net - replace AT with @ and remove the spaces).
Thanks to everyone who submitted their avatars. Enjoy!

Just for fun, try and guess to whom each Avatar belongs. Post your guess in the comments.

Added: This is OPTIONAL. If you don't have time, or don't want to do this, you will not be penalized in any way.

Can you kill the music? It's hard for people to work on ihcpl if they have to leave the sound on at workplace computers, especially in the public areas. And it gets to be annoying. Thanks.

Might want to say again that this avatar parade is optional, because some people believe that if it's on iHCPL, it's a must do. I know you said something in the email, but another reminder can't hurt?

Please turn off the music! It's annoying and having to turn off the sound means you have to remember to turn it on again too. Perhaps it can be set up so that you hit play...rather than it just starting up everytime you open this page.

Don't like all the complaining about the music, but hey whatever. Just want you guys to know you did a good job with the parade.

I agree that the music is a great bother in this case. It booms out EVERY TIME I go to iHCPL, which is often. I would like to know how to turn it off without muting my whole machine. I need to have the volume on to hear other iHCPL segments or YouTube videos.
